Radiation therapy is used for a type of cancer that can occur in almost any area of the body and in about 50% of cancer patients. In some types of cancer, radiation therapy is the only treatment method. Radiation therapy is a treatment method that can be performed alone or in combination with surgery and / or drug therapy (“Chemotherapy “) to achieve complete recovery in a large number of patients.
